MOBILE, Ala. — Thompson Holdings Inc. announced that Director of Human Resources and Leadership Development Christian Haverkamp has been named to the Mobile Bay Magazine 2026 Class of 40 Under 40. The award recognizes young professionals for their leadership and contributions to the Mobile area.
Since joining Thompson, Haverkamp has led a number of initiatives to expand the internal Human Resource Department and its responsibilities. Under her leadership, the company hired its first in-house recruiter to support ongoing growth. Haverkamp also serves on the integration team for the company’s recent acquisition of Sourcetoad, where she manages the transition process to acclimate new employees to the corporate culture. Additionally, she is spearheading changes to streamline the internal onboarding process for all new hires.
