Mobile, Ala. — Thompson Holdings is proud to announce that Director of Health and Safety Chris Wiley has been installed as the Associate Vice President for the Mobile Section of the Alabama Associated General Contractors (Alabama AGC). This appointment recognizes Chris’s leadership and his commitment to advancing safety and excellence within the construction industry.

Chris has more than 15 years of experience in the world of safety and recently earned the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) certification. This credential is issued by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) and recognized by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB). We are excited to see him apply this experience in support of  Mobile’s construction community.

In his role with Alabama AGC, Chris will serve among the section’s 2026 Officers and Directors, working to support Alabama AGC’s mission of assisting local builders through safety initiatives, workforce development, and policy advocacy. AGC’s Mobile Section was established in 1920 as an organization of qualified construction contractors and industry related companies dedicated to building up the communities they serve.

He is joined by two other members of our team currently serving the organization:
